The comfortable and spacious rooms are decorated nicely and equipped with nice towels. the location is conveniently right next to two bus stops and the next day everything was cleaned. the kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary facilities and the beds are comfortable.

The external front door and staircase could use some maintenance and cleaning.

I appreciated the location, it was LOVELY and good and the next day everything was cleaned. There was a walk-in shower. Had lovely stay for my business trip and received ironing for free, a nice bonus. I had a warm welcome from the host.

location was marvellous, 10 minutes' drive from duthie park winter gardens. also, we enjoyed that it was really close to a 2 bus stops and the garden.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with elegant furnishings and tasteful artwork throughout. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for us senior folks. It was a pleasure to relax and socialize in such a beautifully decorated space.

It would have been even better if there were more activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests. More options to keep us entertained and engaged would have made our vacation even more enjoyable.

Our family recently stayed in this spacious apartment and it was perfect for us. With three bedrooms, we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, providing a clean and comfortable environment for our stay. We were pleased to find that all the essentials for self-catering were provided, making our stay convenient and hassle-free. The fast broadband was a bonus, especially for our children. We also appreciated the helpful cue cards that were provided, making it easy to navigate the apartment and find everything we needed. The location was great, with Duthie Park just a short walk away. we had a brilliant experience and would highly recommend this apartment to other families or friends.

I absolutely loved the modern decor of the apartment. It made me feel like I was staying in a stylish and contemporary home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, and the apartment was easily accessible for senior people like myself. The host was very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could be more attentive to the needs of older guests. It would be nice if they could provide some extra assistance or offer more personalized services, especially for those of us who may need a little extra help during our stay.

And let's not forget the amazing heated floors in the bathroom – perfect for those chilly mornings! The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, from a toaster to a washing machine, and even a dishwasher and freezer. The TV on the wall connected to the WiFi was a thoughtful touch. The living room had stylish decor, including a lovely fireplace. The owner was extremely communicative and quick to respond to any questions or issues. The high-quality service made us feel really lucky. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! ❤️ The location was also great for easy access to town.

We had a wonderful stay for our business trip, with attentive staff and plenty of activities to enjoy, and great amenities such as shower facilities, a hair dryer and bathrobes available in the room, and a fantastic location near the city center.

Pleasantly scented and well-maintained. Excellent location for campus visits, with easy access to public transport. A memorable stay, would gladly return!

The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. We also had plenty of towels, which was a plus. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. the staircases were dirty and in need of repair, and the carpets were torn in some places.

The apartment was lovely and modern, with plenty of space and super comfy beds. the host had thought of everything and had provided all the essentials, from breakfast items to toiletries, making our stay hassle-free. the location was also perfect for us, with a bus stop right outside the door and easy access to the Garthdee campus. We even received a warm welcome, with the host offering to pick us up from the train station when we arrived late due to bad weather. a fantastic experience!

The entrance and staircase of the building were in need of some attention and could do with a refurbishment. this did not take away from the excellent quality of the actual apartment.
